Any employee with a question or concern about discrimination in the workplace is encouraged to bring their concern to the attention of the Head of School and/or Principal(s) or their designee. If the Head of School and/or Principal(s) is allegedly of concern with regards to discrimination, the individual shall bring the question or concern to the attention of the Co-founders. If the Co- founders are allegedly of concern with regards to discrimination, the individual shall bring the question or concern to the attention of the Board. No reprisal will be permitted for raising concerns or making a report. Anyone determined to have engaged in discrimination or retaliation for a report of discrimination will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

Enrollment will not be denied to any eligible applicant based on the basis of sex, race, religion, national origin, ancestry, pregnancy, marital or parental status, sexual orientation, or physical, mental emotional or learning disability. Inkster Preparatory Academy will not discriminate in its pupil admissions policies or practices whether on the basis of intellectual or athletic ability, measures of achievement or aptitude, or any other basis that would be illegal if used by any public school.

Inkster Preparatory Academy is a public school and students enrolled and attending the school are required to take state-mandated assessments and other examinations prescribed by law. Students who have been excused from the compulsory attendance law for purposes of home education ad defined by the Administrative Code shall no longer be excused for the purposes upon their enrollment in a community school.
